(You will be REMOVED if a personal email is used, and will need to sign up again)
*You can only sign up for one event. 
*These events only count toward your Med-Surg class requirement. 
*Please only sign up for an event if you are sure you can attend. If you fail to attend your event and notify your event chair in advance you will not be able to sign up for a new event!!
